To add more safety to my Craftsman 113 table saw I upgraded the saw start button. Also I installed soft start module that helps saw to start more smoothly and protects my fuses from tripping.

Benefits of adding soft start module to the table saw:

Improved Motor Performance

A soft start feature on a table saw can reduce the amount of wear and tear on the saw's motor by gradually increasing the speed of the blade instead of starting it at full power immediately. This can help extend the life of the saw and reduce the need for repairs.

Enhanced Safety

It can make the saw safer to use by allowing the user to more easily control the speed of the blade when starting it up. This can be especially useful for beginners or those who are not as experienced with table saws.

Reduced Noise

A soft start feature can also help to reduce the amount of noise generated by the saw when it is first turned on, which can be beneficial for both the user and anyone working in the same area.

Protected Electrical System

It can also help to limit the initial inrush current when the saw is first turned on, which can prevent the fuses from tripping and help to protect the saw's electrical system and prolong the lifespan of the machine.

Overall, the addition of a soft start feature to a table saw can provide a number of benefits that can help to improve the performance, safety, and longevity of the saw, as well as making it more pleasant to use.
